Wow guys, I just looked at my last entry and realized that I haven't updated my journal in a couple years. (Oops?) A lot of changes have been happening in the past month and I'm still not entirely sure my head is screwed on straight. My boyfriend of four years and I split up on the first of the month, and I moved out two days later. I'm back with my mom now and I'm still sorting through all of my things. (You never realize how much stuff you have till you pack it all up, lol). I also got a new job which I'll be starting in the next week. So hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can update my page a little.

Hello everyone! I can't believe it's October already! I've started school at Eastern Michigan University this semester and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared of not being able to handle it. All of the teachers have their own special way of thinking and it feels like it's hard to keep everything straight sometimes. ^^' Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming... Why I always seem to have time to post around youmacon time, lol. Only 3 and a half weeks to go, and for once I think I'll be ready on time, if not early. :) This year's line up is Fluttershy from MLP: Friendship is Magic, Sango from Inuyasha

Hey everyone! First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR!! :) It's been forever since I've written one of these, ha ha. Hmm, where to start? Well, Youmacon 2011 was a blast, of course! The preparation during the week before was epic. :) The corporate section of our store is in charge of schedules now and since I had asked for the weekend off, they basically forgot to put me on the schedule at all. So my boss and a couple co-workers helped me out and before I knew it, I was working everyday for the whole week before we had to leave for the con. Yay hours, but the construction of my hiraikotsu took a hit. Ended up pulling my first ever all-nighter on thursday
